Farah Hijazi
Farah Hijazi brings a rich blend of cultural and creative perspectives to Beanstalk. Her journey began in Cairo, Egypt, where she cultivated a global outlook during her early years.
After moving to Amman, Jordan, she completed her education earning an International Baccalaureate Diploma that laid the foundation for her academic and artistic pursuits. Driven by an innate passion for design, Farah pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Design Art at Concordia University in Montreal, specializing in concept development and 3D product design.
A year spent in a manufacturing factory enriched her understanding of materials and machinery, providing her with a unique hands-on approach to design. This practical experience, coupled with her visionary creativity, led her to the events industry, in 2011, Farah co-founded Beanstalk with Ola Badran, crafting a company that has grown into a symbol of innovation and sophistication.
Under her guidance, Beanstalk has evolved through diverse projects that reflect her dedication and love for design.
Ola Badran
Ola Badran has always been guided by an artistic spirit and a deep-rooted passion for creating immersive experiences. Ola’s journey began at the Amman Baccalaureate School, where she earned an International Baccalaureate diploma that set the stage for her creative pursuits.
Eager to expand her artistic horizons, she went on to graduate from the University of the Arts London in 2007 with a BA in Theatre Design for Performance, where she honed her skills in bringing stories to life through transformative set designs.
Ola’s career commenced in the world of interior design, where she developed a keen eye for spatial aesthetics. Her role as a set and props designer for the Jordanian musical “Petra Rocks” from 2009 to 2010 showcased her talent for merging visual storytelling with performance. This experience highlighted her ability to create captivating moments that resonate with audiences.
In 2011, Ola co-founded Beanstalk with Farah Hijazi. Together, they blended their collective expertise in design, storytelling, and space transformation to build a company that exemplifies innovation and artistic excellence. Ola’s visionary leadership has been instrumental in shaping Beanstalk’s reputation for crafting exceptional, unforgettable events.
Shadi Said
Shadi Said brings a deep-rooted passion for immersive experiences and technical precision to Beanstalk. With a strong foundation in audio, lighting, video, staging, and LED systems, Shadi plays a key role in turning creative ideas into seamless, high-quality experiences.
His journey began with an academic focus on structure and analysis, earning both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Jordan. This background laid the groundwork for his strategic and solutions-driven approach to business.
In 1998, Shadi founded Extreme Productions LLC, a leading event production company with operations across Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Through Extreme, he has delivered large-scale technical productions for high-profile events including the World Economic Forum and the World Government Summit—experiences that refined his ability to manage complexity with calm precision.
At Beanstalk, Shadi complements the creative team with a strong operational mindset, bridging vision and execution. His collaborative spirit and deep regional experience continue to strengthen Beanstalk’s presence across the Middle East, ensuring every project is delivered with impact, reliability, and innovation.
