Marriott International GM and MILUX Conference (Event Design)

The Brief To design a dynamic event space that could transform seamlessly between the Marriott GM Conference (“You Make Us”) and the MILUX Conference (“Limitless”), across multiple areas of the venue.
Foyer Area:
Dual branded transformations for GM and MILUX, with dedicated registration desks, coffee bars, DJ booth, and buffet tables.
Conference Area:
Ballroom setups for each conference, accommodating 700 for GM and 400 for MILUX.
Dual stage designs and LED screens tailored for each theme.
Tiered seating for enhanced visibility.
Silver Arrow Terrace Lounge:
Branded with F1 elements, featuring a Mercedes F1 car display, Lavazza coffee bar, and sporty-chic lounge seating.
AMEX Lounge:
Included registration, charging units, snack displays, seating areas, and a telephone booth.
GM Gala Dinner:
Space for 620 guests with a dance floor, bars, and a blend of dining, cocktail, and lounge furniture.
Design Inspiration & Execution Our adaptable approach blended both the GM and MILUX themes into a cohesive experience. For the GM theme, “You Make Us,” we created reflective visuals to celebrate individual contributions, using a sleek, futuristic design inspired by the event’s logo. For MILUX, we transformed the space into an Emirati desert landscape, with organic sand dune-inspired staging and black-and-white accents.
The Silver Arrow Terrace combined industrial aesthetics with F1 energy, featuring a modern display of F1 track outlines and flowing lounge arrangements. This adaptable and immersive setup allowed each area to embody the spirit of both events seamlessly.
Results
The Marriott International GM and MILUX Conference was successfully executed, providing an engaging experience for all attendees. The venue transformations were seamless, and the design elements effectively communicated the themes, fostering a sense of unity and inspiration among participants.
Ginger All the Way - Art Installation with Activation

The Brief Abdali Mall wanted an engaging Christmas installation that would attract visitors with photo-worthy visuals and foster interaction between guests and mall vendors. The goal was to create a festive space appealing to all ages while promoting vendor participation.
Design Inspiration & Execution Inspired by the festive gingerbread cookies, we envisioned a “Christmas Land” made of gingerbread and icing. The elegant yet playful installation featured two activation stations: a life-sized gingerbread house where guests decorated cookies provided by a vendor, and a Christmas train for children’s arts and crafts activities. This integration of vendor offerings created a sense of community and encouraged guests to explore the mall’s offerings.
Results “Ginger All the Way” drew 740,000 visitors over the holiday season, enhancing customer engagement and significantly increasing the mall’s visibility during a peak shopping period.
Jordan River Foundation Installations (Art Installations)

The Brief To design life-sized art installations inspired by each of the Foundation’s unique design collections. The goal was to craft pieces that would capture the essence of the brand and its commitment to artistry.
Design Inspiration & Execution Drawing from the raw materials and craftsmanship behind each collection, we created installations that authentically represented the brand’s products. Each piece incorporated handmade details, emphasizing the artistry that defines Jordan River Foundation’s work. Embracing the skeletal structure of the installations allowed us to highlight the intricate technical elements of the enlarged designs, giving each piece a sophisticated, authentic feel.
Results The Jordan River Foundation Installations successfully captured the attention of visitors, drawing in a significant footfall and fostering a deeper appreciation for the brand’s commitment to art and social impact.
